What We Do

Litigation / Dispute Resolution

Court building

We understand that the substantial costs and uncertain outcome of litigation often make it the least favorable means of resolving a dispute.

However, once all other avenues have been exhausted, litigation may be the only way to protect your interests. When that happens, Bruff Kentish will aggressively prosecute your claims and zealously defend you against the claims of others, while always remaining focused on obtaining the most cost-effective resolution for you.

Our attorneys possess significant experience across a wide range of litigation matters such as breach of contracts, commercial disputes, business conflicts, real estate conflicts, and personal injury causes of action.

We have experience in various forums — including state and federal court, arbitration, mediation, and government agencies.  While our first goal is to seek a satisfactory and early settlement that accomplishes our client’s objectives, we will be thoroughly prepared to vigorously present their case at trial if no earlier resolution is possible.
